The yellow message boxes are Input Messages which are the result of Data Validation being applied to those cells. They also have Error Alerts assigned to them. In order to edit or remove either, select a cell that displays a message, then go to Data Validation.
Repeat for each additional cell that has Validation applied to it. The decimal issue is local to your Excel installation - Apparently you have the Preference set for number of decimal places. To adjust it, go to Excel Preferences - Edit, then clear the check on Display this number of decimal places. Note that changing the Preference will not modify any existing entries in the sheet. You'll have to re-enter those values.
